Originally founded as Grenville Strategic Royalty, the company rebranded to Flow Capital in 2018 and now focuses on venture debt and growth capital. Flow provides $2-10M growth capital facilities to high-growth technology companies across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom - both VC-backed and bootstrapped. Facilities are structured as senior secured, interest-only term debt with minimal equity dilution through warrants only (1-2%), no board seats, and no personal guarantees. Flow offers venture debt, alternative debt solutions, and makes small equity investments. The company has funded 68+ companies over 11 years.
